Spring breaks are gearing up to start and of course, swimming is on your radar. I’ve decided to get a jumpstart on swimwear this season so you don’t have to and find all the good deals that are reasonably priced and good material. One of my favorite places to get swimsuits currently is Target. I don’t usually splurge on swimsuits but just because it’s not expensive doesn’t mean it’s not a good quality swimsuit. I’m sharing a few of my favorites that I currently have and that you’ll see me style on Instagram over the next couple of weeks. Scroll below to see my favorite Target swimsuits under $50 and shop them now before they are gone.
Flounce High Coverage One Piece Swimsuit
I’m obsessed with one-piece swimsuits and this one is an absolute fave! I love that it’s strapless so it adds something different than your average one-piece.
Vertical Stripe Medium Coverage One Piece Swimsuit
I’m wearing this swimsuit in the photos above. I took it on our recent cruise and it was a hit! I received so many compliments and it was such a comfortable swimsuit. I love the stripe design because it made for beautiful photos by the water. As a mom, I usually opt for comfort and this gets an A+.

I love traveling with my family and exploring new places. Whether we’re doing a road trip or flight, my skincare routine is important. I have a variety of products that make it into my travel bag, and one of those is Cetaphil® Gentle Skin Cleanser. With my busy days, my skin takes its course with makeup and other common things that touch our skin. I started to honestly try Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser after seeing the amazing job it was doing on my husband’s skin. I also loved that I was able to grab it from our local Target. You can also grab a coupon and save $2 off Cetaphil products here.
I have sensitive skin and although every product for your skin doesn’t make it worse, you really never know. So I was happy to learn this cleanser, in particular, was ideal for people with sensitive skin. With traveling, the air quality changes depending on where you’re going, and if you’re traveling with your little ones, you need a skincare regimen that is straight to the point.
Here are 4 skincare travel tips for moms.
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser: This cleanser gently cleanses, hydrates, and moisturizes the skin, giving you a dual-action cleanse. This is perfect when you don’t have time to use multiple products to get each of those actions done to your skin. The Gentle Skin Cleanser is the clean your sensitive skin wants, especially when traveling. It’s a dual-action formula that soothes and hydrates while it gently cleanses, not stripping your skin of moisture or irritating your sensitive skin. You can find Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser at your local Target. Being able to treat your skin to things like a quick cleanser can ultimately lead to a better you.
Drink water: This is obvious. With healthy skin comes what you put in your body. I’ve found recently that, as I increase my water intake, I’m less likely to have breakouts and my skin feels refreshed when traveling.
Get some rest: I know this may be hard to do as a mom but if you’re on vacation, at least try. Take a day to go to the spa, get a massage, and get a little “me time” while your little one is with family or your spouse.
Try to limit your dairy intake: I’ve mentioned how I cut out dairy a few times and the results I received with my skin by doing so. I have added it back into my diet but it’s on occasions, and I can always tell in my skin when I do add it back. If you’re scared of going 100% with no dairy, trying it on vacation the few days you’re gone can help you take a bigger step when you’re back home.
All four of these tips are things you should be doing every day, but life can get busy, you’re not always able to get 7 hours of sleep, and you sometimes skimp on your water intake. But, using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser should be on your list no matter what.
I can’t believe it’s already July! Where is the year going? We always start the year with so many things we want to achieve by XYZ date and we blink and that date has come and gone. If you’re still sitting on your goal list for the year, now is the time to make it happen. July being here is more than realizing the year is halfway over, it’s also the moment you realize how many sales are coming up in the next few weeks like, Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, Amazon Prime Day, and we just experienced all of the 4th of July sales.
With so many great deals happening, I love to shop certain stores to see what items I love and want to share with you all. Target has been a favorite of mine for a while and if you read XO Jasmine often and you’ve seen my picks each season. Today, I want to share my favorite Target summer fashion finds and each item is under $40! Talk about a steal. Scroll below to see one of my favorite dresses I’ve styled from Target and a few of my other picks.
I love Target just as much as you all probably do. Let’s not even talk about how you go in for one time and leave with 30 other things. This is ALWAYS my problem. I have given up going to Target with a set list. It NEVER works. I swear they put a spell on us or something when you walk in haha it’s crazy. If you’re a Target fan like myself, you’ve seen their new line, A New Day. The pieces in this collection are so modern and perfect for wherever your day takes you. They have pieces that can convert to anything. Starting your day with a meeting and ending with dinner friends, or wanting to take the more casual vibe for the day and dress it up later that night. The slogan for this line is “Style That Goes Wherever You Do” and that is true.
This tie neck dress dress I picked up at our local Target a few weeks ago, and it’s completely sold out online except plus size which you can find here. If you visit your local store, they may still have some. I recently wore this tie neck dress to a dinner, and it was a hit. I then wore it to church and paired it with flats. This tie neck dress was so cute both ways and love pieces that are convertible. For example, some dresses look horrible with flats, but this tie neck dress kept it’s the same look both ways. The look above I paired with these super cute booties that I got from DSW and this bag that I have worn a million times since I bought it from ASOS. The bag is currently on sale so if you’re looking for a new Fall staple this is it.
In a recent post, I ‘ve spoken about stepping out of my comfort zone wearing black all the time, and I must say it’s been fun! I swear colors just make your mood 10x better.
You can view the pieces and shop Target’s new line, A New Day here.
For the busy woman on the go, a sturdy and cute work bag is a necessity. I’ve found myself ditching a purse during workdays and just grabbing my work bag. During the week, this bag has everything I need in it, from my wallet to my laptop, it has the room for everything. Continue reading “Work Bags For The Millennial Woman”
I don’t know about you but I live for traveling and the beach is one of my favorite go-to’s. When I am looking for new places to travel I always think about what exactly I have already to take on the trip and what do I need new. I’m a girl so of course I want new things but sometimes you have to definitely spend on budget. I think a lot of people get spending on budget and cheap mixed up. You can find really great quality items in great stores like Target for instance that are in budget and a really great price. When I visit Target, I always have a list of things I plan on buying but I make my way to some other aisle and purchase things I don’t need. To help you save time for your next trip, I have put together a list of the top must haves you need for your beach trip. If you haven’t already planned a trip for the summer get to it!
