3 Summer Essentials To Keep In Your Closet

3 Summer Essentials To Keep In Your Closet featured by popular Atlanta fashion blogger, Xo Jasmine

The first day of summer has finally come! The weather made an early debut months ago, but now we can officially say it’s summer. I’ve been prepping for summer for months with all of the pre-summer sales, and I’ve found at least three items that have been in constant rotation in my closet. My straw bag, nude heels, and a cute flowy dress.  Simple but needed items that can be paired together or mixed and matched with a variety of other pieces in your closet. My summer essentials that are a must in my closet are listed below.

Three Must-Have Summer Essentials

My straw bag is a go-to this summer. With all of the trips I have coming up, many to the beach, this bag is a must. It’s spacious enough to hold all of the necessities I need in my bag but still on trend with any outfit I want to pair it with which are usually dresses and shorts.

The perfect flowy dress. This dress has been a favorite because I’ve paired it with heels and even my Keds and it’s been a hit both times. A cute and flowy dress is a must-have in the summer months because although I love a good pair of jeans, sometimes the heat is so sticky and annoying that the dress helps to add the breeze of keeping you cool that jeans can’t supply.

Nude heels are a must no matter what season. I love a good pair of nude heels with jeans or a dress. I’ll even pair them with a pair of slacks depending on the style. I usually opt for the block heels because of comfort especially if I know I’ll be in them for a long period. The nude heels I am wearing above are super comfy and are on sale at the moment.
